I stumbled onto your blog and your inquiring how to do a cookie swap. Have those interested in the swap bake two doz of cookies with recipe attached. Pick a delivery date, divide the cookies up so each person gets a few of each cookie with recipes, You'll have to make copies of the recipes. When the cookies are dropped off, have them leave a container to place their cookies in that they are receiving with the swap and make sure the container has their Name on it..!! (very important)...then pick a date and time for pick up...usually later in that same day as drop off or the following day so they receive fresh cookies..good luck.!!
